Transformation and SMME Contractor Development plays a critical part in industry building, industry advancement and industry innovation. Of particular focus is the support of emerging contractors, with a special fee structure and assistance in place to encourage membership. We also developed a highly successful enterprise development program where large and small companies are linked in a mentor-mentee relationship to transfer business skills. The model takes into account the individual developing company’s capacity and needs and enables the developing company to achieve independent operations at their maximum potential level.
